House rules

Welcome to our Carroz apartment! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following rules:

 

Cleaning Fee:

Please note that a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be added to the total cost of your stay to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests. Beds will be made upon your arrival. We kindly ask you to remove the sheets and place them in the designated bags provided.

 

Kitchen and Appliance Cleanliness:

While we handle the cleaning, we ask you to return the kitchen and appliances as clean as you found them. Kindly clean the kitchen, empty the refrigerator, and dispose of garbage before departure.

 

No Smoking:

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in smoking outdoors and properly extinguishing cigarettes in the provided ashtray.

 

Ski Boots:

To maintain cleanliness in the apartment and common areas, please remove your ski boots and leave them in the designated ski locker.

 

Respectful Quiet:

To ensure the tranquility of our neighbors and other residents, please observe quiet hours. Parties and loud music are not permitted.

 

Heating:

The apartment is heated with remotely controlled electric radiators. Please note that the radiators automatically turn off when windows are open.

 

Guests and Capacity:

The apartment is designed for a specific number of people. Inviting more people than the specified capacity is not allowed without prior agreement.

 

Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for cancellations are only possible if the apartment can be rebooked for the same dates and rate. No refunds will be issued in case of insufficient snowfall in the resort.

 

Thank you for adhering to these rules to ensure the quality of your stay and preserve the friendliness of our apartment. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning fees.
